Purchased for my son for Christmas. Due to the holiday the order was delayed. Did receive email from company representative right away regarding delay and she kept in contact with updates. My son was very pleased they are great quality and were easy to assemble.

We ordered and received four bar stools. We put one together, but it was too tall for where we wanted to put it, so we sent them all back. The quality of the stool was excellent, so its too bad it didn't work for us size wise. Vision Decor organized a Fed Ex pick up for us to return the stools, which made it convenient for us. Overall experience with both the product and customer service was outstanding.

These stools were a little late in arriving, but once they got delivered, I was able to assemble them with two toddlers crawling over me in about 30 mins for each stool. The color is a very deep brown, and the stool pads are a neutral color that can match pretty much any decor. They're very sturdy. We've owned them for over 30 days so far, and even with kids, they're still in excellent condition.

The bar stools exceeded my expectation and so did the service. Shipping was really fast, nothing was damaged, and they were a great deal for the money!! It doesn't get better than that. The chairs match my coaster furniture dining table perfectly! I highly recommend this product and this company!! A++

These barstools are stylish and comfortable. For the price, I don't think you can get better looking and better quality barstools. I would buy them again. They look great in my kitchen.

These arrived on time, well packaged, and all of the parts needed were there. Having assembled many, many pieces of furniture in my lifetime, and being fairly handy with tools, putting these together was only mildly frustrating. If this had been my first time assembling something, it would have been more than a little difficult.

There are no written instructions, only pictures, and not very detailed ones at that. You do get a list of how many A pieces you have and how many B pieces you have, as well as what size screw to use where. The front and back pieces are also completely assembled when they arrive, so all you really have to do is attach the few pieces in between, and then attach the seat cushion. They do not, however, show you the specific angle at which the lower leg supports should be inserted, nor do they tell you that the holes in the "tabs" for the short screws aren't necessarily pre-drilled at the exit point.

Once figured out, they went together relatively easily, and the finished product is even more attractive than in the photo. The color is rich, and more of a deep, dark mahogany than the almost black that most Cappucino finishes seem to be; the seat cushion has a beautiful texture to it.

I would definitely recommend these, and if I needed more than 2 barstools, I would buy these again without hesitation.

Buying furniture based on small photos can be a dicey proposition. In this case, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I received exactly what I expected in my order. The stools obviously ship flat and arrived without a scratch. Assembly is fast, can be handled by one person and only requires a Phillips screwdriver (along with the included wrench). The finished product is sturdy and I believe the value is in line with the price. Color is very close to what's depicted in the photos. Provided you don't mind doing a few minutes of light carpentry work and aren't trying to precisely match the specific shade of another piece of furniture, I can easily recommend these stools.

These chairs are great. A bit of a task to put together but once you get them set up they are great.

3/4 chairs had scratches in the same place due to shipping.

After quite a quick delivery my husband spent about 40 min putting together 4 chairs. We have had them for a month, they are great, seem to be pretty sturdy and compliment our room nicely.

These stools are very attractive and comfortable. They were extremely difficult to assemble because the written instructions provide so few details. They're all just small pictures, without any text to help. It took 2 of us a LONG time, a lot of muscle power, and a lot of frustration to get them put together.
